Shipping fees are based on the weight and destination of your order. Therefore, you will not see these fees until you enter your items into your shopping cart and start the checkout process.
To expedite shipping, smaller items and orders going to rural area will be shipped USPS Priority (1-3 business days). If you can not receive mail through the US Post Office, please let us know. You can check the ORDER STATUS of your existing order here. NOTE: All orders ship from southern California. Even if it is not warm in your city, your package may travel through warm areas during transit. Read WARM WEATHER SHIPPING at bottom of page. shipping to Southern California, 1-2 business days. shipping to the West Coast, 2-3 business days. shipping to the Mid-West, 3-5 business days. shipping to the East Coast, 4-6 business days. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS take 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS, depending on destination. International orders must be PAID with PayPal and are shipped via USPS.

Radio Flyer products - allow 2 - 3 extra business days for delivery. APO, Military Bases, US Territories ~ allow 10 - 14 days.
It is NOT possible to change or cancel an address or shipping method once an item has shipped. S&H charges will not be refunded for returned packages.
Most in stock orders placed by 3pm EST (Noon PST) Mon - Fri will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm EST M-F or weekends will ship the next business day. We ship from California, please allow up to 5 business days
for ground delivery in the U.S. In accordance with the policies of USPS, UPS, & FedEx, service guarantees do not apply in the event of severe weather conditions. We ship internationally to over 40 countries. You should receive your order in 3 – 10 business days; depending on how fast the Customs Department in that particular country clears your order. Because of the unpredictable nature of shipping around the world, chocolate & other heat sensitive items can not be guaranteed.
UPS & FedEx do not deliver on the weekends & they do not count them as business days. If you choose USPS Priority Mail, please allow 2 - 5 days and provide a valid postal delivery address (these shipments are not trackable & are not guaranteed). Items ship from our Southern California Candy Warehouse.
Why we do not offer FREE SHIPPING on any size order. We do offer coupon codes that will help off set your shipping cost.
